We'll help you migrate your data from your old hosting provider free of charge. If they use the same control panel as us, this usually enables us to do a complete transfer. If not, we can usually transfer everything, but it depends how things are set up their end. Please don't close your old account until we have told you we have finished the migration and until you are satisfied everything is working on your account with us.
