We take a backup of every account every night. If you open a support ticket and ask us, we can put things back to just the way they were the night before.
As well as keeping the previous night's backup, we keep two further backups of each account, so that you can revert things to longer ago than just the night before. One of those two backups will be from some time in the past week, and the other will be from some time in the past month.
We keep all our backups on a separate server in a different physical location, as explained on our hardware page.
